This is one of the Rich Dad book series. It is a how-to book in creating a business entity to protect you and your business. Like, many other Rich Dad books, I found a good amount of information, precise to the topic, outlined in an easy to understand format. It is a good beginner entry point in the topic in which it covers.
About first half of the book talks about the different entities, how and where (mainly talked about Nevada) to set them up, the process and procedures, and so forth. The later half talks about the necessary information to maintain and how to deals with matters of a business once it is up and running. Some of these materials overlapped with its other book, Before Quit Your Job.
