When to buy stocks? Using Common Stock Indicators Basics

This quick post help to answer some of the questions for my clients during the current Covid 19 Crisis. I am getting many questions on when to buy and what to buy. What to buy is more complicated. But commonly recommended is to buy SP500 Index. Symbol V00. There is a lot more I can say about what to buy later.
